Nueva-Aquitania Euskadi Navarra se ha celebrado este martes en el Palacio de Navarra, sede del Gobierno de Navarra, en Pamplona.<\/li>\n<li>Los representantes de los tres territorios han aprobado el nuevo marco presupuestario para 2025, que prev\u00e9 destinar 900.000 euros a convocatorias de proyectos y detallaron los proyectos estrat\u00e9gicos para 2025.<\/li>\n<li>Tambi\u00e9n se ha presentado el balance de actividad para 2024, que la Eurorregi\u00f3n publica en formato de Informe Anual, y en el que se detallan las iniciativas concretas puestas en marcha para dinamizar el presidencia hasta 2026, con la presencia de los presidentes de sus tres regiones: <strong>Mar\u00eda Chivite<\/strong>, presidenta del Gobierno de Navarra, <strong>Alain Rousset<\/strong>, presidente del Consejo Regional de Nueva-Aquitania, y por primera vez <strong>Imanol Pradales<\/strong>, nuevo Lehendakari del Gobierno Vasco.<\/p>\n<p>Los 18 miembros de la Asamblea General han aprobado el balance de las acciones realizadas en 2024 y han votado el nuevo marco presupuestario para el ejercicio en curso.<\/p>\n<h3>Balance de actividades de 2024<\/h3>\n<p>El a\u00f1o <strong>2024<\/strong> estuvo marcado por avances significativos en apoyo a los actores de la cooperaci\u00f3n eurorregional, destacando la financiaci\u00f3n de <strong>20 nuevos proyectos de ciudadan\u00eda eurorregiona<\/strong>l, el respaldo a <strong>siete colaboraciones en materia de innovaci\u00f3n,<\/strong> y la concesi\u00f3n de la <strong>Beca Eurorregional a 84 estudiantes y doctorandos<\/strong> para facilitar su movilidad.<\/p>\n<p>La Eurorregi\u00f3n prosigui\u00f3 sus esfuerzos en la <strong>valorizaci\u00f3n del patrimonio transfronterizo<\/strong> y en el <strong>desarrollo de una econom\u00eda eurorregional competitiva<\/strong>, como lo demuestra el proyecto MUGALUR, que culmin\u00f3 con la publicaci\u00f3n de un mapa mental de la frontera, o la iniciativa INKUBA SAREA, que se consolid\u00f3 como una incubadora transfronteriza pionera dedicada a las empresas agroalimentarias emergentes. Paralelamente, el partenariado de comercio eurorregional entre las c\u00e1maras de comercio de Bayona, Gipuzkoa y Navarra ha permitido ofrecer asesoramiento personalizado a 135 empresas desde 2022 para apoyar su internacionalizaci\u00f3n transfronteriza.<\/p>\n<p>La Eurorregi\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n ha intensificado sus acciones para estrechar los v\u00ednculos entre sus territorios y sus respectivos ecosistemas. En el <strong>\u00e1mbito universitario<\/strong>, eventos clave como el II Foro Universitario en Biarritz y el lanzamiento de la plataforma UNINAEN han sido fundamentales para fomentar sinergias entre los actores acad\u00e9micos. En materia de <strong>empleo<\/strong>, las Jornadas de Informaci\u00f3n Transfronteriza, organizadas en Hendaya, han acompa\u00f1ado a m\u00e1s de 150 personas en sus tr\u00e1mites administrativos y profesionales. Todas estas acciones contribuyen a mejorar la calidad de vida de la ciudadan\u00eda transfronteriza, cuyos detalles pueden consultarse <a href=\"https:\/\/www.euroregion-naen.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/RA_NAEN_2024_ES_WEB-1.pdf\">aqu\u00ed<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>Nuevas orientaciones presupuestarias para 2025<\/h3>\n<p>Para el a\u00f1o 2025, la Eurorregi\u00f3n destinar\u00e1 <strong>900.000 euros a la financiaci\u00f3n de proyectos de cooperaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, que se repartir\u00e1n en dos grandes ejes. El primero, que agrupa todas las acciones relacionadas con la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.euroregion-naen.eu\/es\/proyectos\/convocatoria-de-proyectos-ciudadania-eurorregional\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>ciudadan\u00eda eurorregional<\/strong><\/a> (cultura, pluriling\u00fcismo, educaci\u00f3n, juventud, deporte y retos sociales contempor\u00e1neos), ha sido aprobado en la sesi\u00f3n de hoy y contar\u00e1 <strong>con un presupuesto de 500.000 euros<\/strong>. La convocatoria correspondiente se abrir\u00e1 el 26 de marzo. El segundo eje, dedicado a la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.euroregion-naen.eu\/es\/proyectos\/convocatoria-de-proyectos-economia-del-conocimiento\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>innovaci\u00f3n eurorregional<\/strong><\/a>, asignar\u00e1 <strong>400.000 euros al apoyo de proyectos estructurantes en sectores econ\u00f3micos clave<\/strong>, en coherencia con las estrategias de especializaci\u00f3n inteligente (RIS4) de los tres territorios (salud, fabricaci\u00f3n avanzada, agricultura, energ\u00edas renovables, construcci\u00f3n sostenible, industrias culturales y creativas).<\/p>\n<p>Por otra parte, la Eurorregi\u00f3n Nueva-Aquitania Euskadi Navarra continuar\u00e1 apoyando <strong>proyectos de partenariado estrat\u00e9gico<\/strong> y su trabajo de dinamizaci\u00f3n territorial con el fin de fomentar nuevas alianzas transfronterizas en los \u00e1mbitos del comercio, el emprendimiento, la salud o el sector audiovisual. Tambi\u00e9n se prev\u00e9 una nueva edici\u00f3n de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.euroregion-naen.eu\/es\/convocatoria-beca-eurorregional\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Beca Eurorregional<\/strong><\/a>, con una dotaci\u00f3n de <strong>60.000 euros<\/strong>, destinada a promover la movilidad acad\u00e9mica de estudiantes y doctorandos, enriqueciendo as\u00ed los intercambios universitarios.<\/p>\n<h3>Tres nuevos proyectos estructurantes<\/h3>\n<p>Otro de los momentos destacados de la Asamblea General fue la presentaci\u00f3n a los cargos electos de tres proyectos estrat\u00e9gicos seleccionados en el marco de la convocatoria <strong>AFOMEF<\/strong> <strong>POCTEFA<\/strong>. El primero, <strong>TRANSFERMUGI<\/strong>, contempla la puesta en marcha de servicios ferroviarios y de transporte p\u00fablico por carretera para optimizar la movilidad transfronteriza, reforzando al mismo tiempo la intermodalidad y la experiencia al usuario. El segundo, <strong>LANEAN<\/strong>, tiene como objetivo consolidar el mercado laboral transfronterizo y encontrar soluciones a las problem\u00e1ticas que enfrentan los y las trabajadoras transfronterizos. El tercero, <strong>HEZHI<\/strong>, busca fomentar el pluriling\u00fcismo y el aprendizaje de lenguas en el \u00e1mbito educativo, reduciendo as\u00ed las barreras ling\u00fc\u00edsticas en el espacio transfronterizo.<\/p>\n<p>Gracias a una cooperaci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica reforzada entre sus tres gobiernos, la Eurorregi\u00f3n afronta el a\u00f1o 2025 con una voluntad firme de consolidar la integraci\u00f3n de sus territorios.
